No returns on engraving that are personalized with information personal to you (including personal portraits, pet portraits, family l portraits, friends’ portraits, names, dates, birthdays, anniversaries, personal sayings, inside jokes, etc..). Standard engravings or engravings of general themes, animals or scenes can be return within 21 days for store credit or exchange if applicable. Exclusions apply.
