No returns on engraving that are personalized with information personal to you (including personal portraits, pet portraits, family l portraits, friends’ portraits, names, dates, birthdays, anniversaries, personal sayings, inside jokes, etc..). Standard engravings or engravings of general themes, animals or scenes can be return within 21 days for store credit or exchange if applicable. Exclusions apply. Return postage may be required to be paid by customer depending on circumstances. Please reach out to us with issues before trying to return products.
